Under Research, you can search the entire database for topics. The search covers the fields Topic Title, Story Title, and Story Text.

Search

The search is case-insensitive, which means uppercase and lowercase letters are not distinguished.

Limit the time period

The search can be limited to a specific time period. You can simply select the desired period from the dropdown menu.

The following options are available:

• All (default)

• Today (results from today onward only)

• Yesterday (results from yesterday onward only)

• Last 3 Days (results from the last 3 days onward only)

• Last Week (results from the last week onward only)

Note

Stories dated in the future are always displayed.

Exact phrases

To search for an exact phrase, you can put the terms in quotation marks.

For example, if you want to search for the exact phrase Election in Saxony, you can enter the search like this:

"Election in Saxony"

Exclude terms

To exclude specific terms, you can place a minus sign in front of the term.

For example, if you want to search for Election but exclude Saxony, you can enter the search like this:

Election -Saxony
